What Does this uterine Ultrasound Result Mean?
I have 2 ovarian cyst on my right ovary, one is 3.0 cm and the other is 3.3 cm. Well, I have been going through a lot of pain in the area and I just came back from the ER. I had another ultrasound done and it says Complex right ovarian cyst have resolved in the interval. I have no idea what that means if it is good or bad. If they are gone or not, I have to follow up with my obgyn but in the meantime I am freaking out and also wondering why I have such severe pain in the area.

Ovarian cysts can be accompanied by pain.
You need to follow up these cysts with ultrasound for look for increase in size, rupture or hemorrhage.
